Our story
Poached was launched back in 2017 with the aim of bringing Brunch to Beckenham. We’ve expanded & evolved over the years and today offer a cracking brunch with a big focus on speciality coffee. The majority of our food is homemade & prepped by our chefs in our Beckenham store. Over the years we’ve built a community within our business.
At our Bromley location, we offer convenient grab-and-go lunches for those on the move. We’ve also grown beyond just serving food and coffee, with our weekly run club in Beckenham and our focus on specialty coffee.

I’m such a big fan of Poached! Their coffee is delicious, they’re really friendly and everything I’ve ever eaten here had been delicious. Special shout-out to the almond croissants they sell and today I tried a pretzel bun - they have meaty, veggie and vegan options to choose from - which was just perfect. A cosy, small coffee shop with about 4 tables to sit-in, a loo or very conveniently located for the train station. A Beckenham gem!

It was undoubtedly one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. The baristas at Poached Coffee Shop truly know their craft. The beans were clearly of high quality, and the brewing process was done with precision, resulting in a rich and flavorful cup that was simply heavenly. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a fancy latte with intricate latte art, they have it all covered.

As a General Manager visiting another site, it was just amazing! This place is so humble and beautifully decorated. The coffee was probably the best I've had. Give this little humble coffee shop a try, you won't want to go back to another! Also pet friendly.
